It the wild, free spirited, free form kind of dancing, where everything moves in time but all at it's more an experiment in movement than an actual dance. Like a child, joyously stomping in puddles when the rainbow is overhead. Fun, free, intricate, loose, and just really cool! Clapping

Its really good to see you round here more often again. I still remember how nice it was the way you welcomed me when I first put some songs up.

Israfel you are 100% on the mark! This does have that free spirited feeling about it where it seems to be going in different directions at time...man dizzy!!!

It all still seems to fit together somehow despited it free spiritness making it a varied journey. Its all really groovy!!! Very unique listening to me. Well done Fred!!!

heheh, what a fun song.. when I think of Jazz, this is what i think of.. nice free form. all over the place, and yet smooth and congruent.. and sounds like you were having a lot of fun playing it, which comes across clearly and effectively in the track.. some of it sounds pretty "digital".. but it works. well done. I really enjoyed this one particularly the drums in the intro. There is so much expression here I don't know where to begin. I have to agree with Dredraven...when I think jazz...this is it very free form. Nicely done! Clapping Clapping

Love the drumwork, particularly in the intro, but the cymbal crashes as the song goes on is awesome! Great guitar work, kinda 'bubbly' sounding :) (Smile)
Like the change around 3:21, very nice. Very well arranged and performed, production is also fantastic Thumbs Up Well done!

you have a knack for creating cool ambience.. on some parts the guitar sounds a little out of key, but it does give it a signature style.. don't know if changing it would be good or not! great track!

This is cool. I like the feel. That sax would sound awesome if it was real. It sounds good, but it would sound so much better real. You do this style very well. You should absolutely stick to this kind of stuff.

Cool, contemporary with an edge to it.
Some of the guitar reminds me of Zappa, very free and open. Nice!

A very appealing spirit to this song, lively, carefree, playful, almost inquisitive. I certainly get a sense of discovery in the mood of the track. I like the mix a lot - it separates out the sounds so well and allows them to work in parallel. Excellent piece! Clapping Clapping

I love how you've brought out the sound of that toney guitar of yours over all the time you've been recording, I love the bassy harmonics that you have on that thing. and the piano really dove tails the sound well into the higher end, they really give a lot of air to the mix, while the cymbals top off the whole harmonic strudel up there at the 20k hz.

nice liquidous phase hitting the guitar, it adds a lot of excitement and prepares the listenener for the next part of the song. this is a very powerful composition, and it is full of joy and energy, like an electric rainbow.

great song.

Very innovative in a kind of Miles Davies or John Coltrane sort of way. Some of the keys and progressions make me scratch my head which all good innovative music should do. Some great patches especially the bass and tenor sax. Very inspirational and great to see how your ideas have progressed since you’ve been away.

Nearly forgot to mention the guitar which as a really great sound to it too.

Great performance on all the instruments. The tone on that upright bass is so deep and rich. The guitar work and tones are very cool...that's an interesting changeup to the wah wah, quite unexpected, but works very well.
I too have to agree with Deadraven and Bluenevus on this arrangment...this is the style I first think of when the word "jazz"pops up.
Very classy track

Really sweet beat in the opening. The EQ goes all funny once the rest of the ensemble comes in, things get sort of thin and hollow, but production aside there's so much great stuff going on here. I really dig that recurring "call" (a la 1:30) in the saxophone! There's something very powerful about it, even in spite of that rather terrible sax patch Laughing My Arse Off It sounds great in the lower end of its range, though. Sweet bass break, too Nodding

Very elaborate, but hits you with the same emotional force as a simple bit of blues Clapping
