This is Kewl.... To attempt this type of arrangement is pretty bold. Reminiscent of the big band days of Goodman, Woody Herman & Stan Getz. There are moments of brilliance and moments of not so brilliance. In some places this appears to fall apart. The momentum is lost….. Drums are fumbley, guitar is noodley. Ruboto is kewl, but you have to make it work.
I do like this - I like the head and the arrangement. Not many people would even attempt this. Many less even know where to start or have the harmonic chops to conceive or hear it. If this was me I would keep working this until it glowed in the dark. This can be a stellar composition – make it shine
Kewl Tune - Good Job

Very interesting piece
Many good ideas in the harmonies , the rythm ,
I like the guitar solo .
I think of Mingus in his free form pieces
I agree with Gene: "I would keep working this... ".
If it would be a band ,it would be played a lot and maybe a few things would change , but it's also a matter of personal taste ...
Great job !

Okay, this takes me out of the house, off to the beach to an open cafe with the starlight and the cool breeze. Jazz under the stars

Excellent compostion. I'm one of those like Gene mentioned, who wouldn't know where to start when it comes to putting something like this together. The piece starts off brilliantly, like (early) James Bond walking into a lounge and ordering a vodka martini, then starting a conversation with a babe in a tight mini skirt and speaking in double entendres. Then about half way through the first guitar solo it does tend to lose its edge somewhere. The rhythm is not as tight and the solo seems to meander a bit. The overall atmosphere that this conveys is total class. I really enjoyed this.
